Pulled Pork

It was a great day for pulled pork (again).   Got about 5-6 inches of snow, I guess Winter has started.

I used  'Meathead Memphis Dust' as the rub.  Egg settled in at around 250F at grill level.

Plated with homemade coleslaw (Brussel sprouts and carrots).   BBQ sauce and onions.

Thanks

Looks solid. Love egging in the snow and just knowing the weather doesn’t matter. Like making chicken soup on those days

It came tied from the butcher.    Brussel sprouts are not for everyone, but we like it better than cabbage.

Yep, we do broccoli slaw.  Nice toothiness to it.

Way to not let the cold and snow stop you from egging!
