I’ve had cravings for Egged Greek chicken all week. To me perfectly seasoned, crisp, chicken skin, succulent juicy meat and vegetables basted with the rendering chicken fat and roasting lemons is perfection. Unfortunately, Mother Nature decided today was her day to visit the Midwest and I don’t Egg in snowstorms. All was not lost as my Plan b was to utilize the integrated rotisserie in my oven. The added bonus is the house smells heavenly while the chicken is roasting and I’m not trudging through the snow.
