Boss Lady and I will celebrate this great day with Buffalo Wings and a variety of the sauces. Bring on the heat!

One of the High Holy Days. I have 5 bottles that I haven’t opened yet.

That’s a heckuva collection. Did some hot legs (drumsticks) on the egg last night with Frank’s, really good. My favorite hot sauce though is Magic Pepper Sauce from Paul Prudhomme. It’s actually not all that hot but the flavor is incredible!

The El yucateca sauces are phenomenal!LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas

No pics here but thanks for the alert. Will definitely go heavy with saucing the groceries tonight.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

If you order The General’s Hot Sauce directly from their website you get free shipping and 10% off for an order over$50. I ordered the 6 pack.

Based on a post here, I ordered the 6 pack of General's before Xmas. Gave some away and still have 3 of the hottest flavours (nod). Don't need refrigeration after opening.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Hadn't heard of Valentina's or The General's.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Another one that I like is Melinda's but it's been hard to find lately. Guess I'll have to order a variety box.Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser. -

For the General’s I watched several ewetube reviews. The consensus seems to be that Dead Red has the best flavor with being plenty hot. I guess that I will find out in a few days.

So odd. Safeway and King Soopers (Kroger) carried all of their sauces. Their websites indicate they have inventory.Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser. -

The Generals 6 pack of sauces arrived today. Only tried the mildest on a chicken sandwich and fries. Tasty but really just salsa verde.

Picked up a bottle of Valentina's Extra Hot yesterday. It's delicious!
@Legume - I agree with you. It tastes very similar to Tapatio.
Thanks again for your suggestions, everyone.
BTW - It was on the top shelf. On other great news, Melinda's is back in stock.Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser.
