  • Looks great!! We are trying to add chicken into our menus. For some reason we got out of the habit of ever cooking it. And.....THIGHS for the WIN!!

    We really like the thighs from Sam’s Club that are Vac sealed into nice portions. Easy to freeze and thaw. If you’re into Teriyaki, give this a try. They make a spicy version but I haven’t seen it lately. Toss the thighs into a zip bag with some of the Teriyaki and toss it around. Normally only 30-60 minutes then onto the grill and season with your favorite dry rub.
