Hasty Bake's "Kent Rollins" barrel (sorta) smoker

Interesting cooker, kind've an uninsulated cross between a barrel smoker and an Egg.  I like its mobility, and while the food surely gets the smoke, the smoke doesn't really flow "past" the food.

    Thanks for that. That was interesting. Unfortunately I don't think Amazon is doing their annual, "Buy 3 bags of charcoal and get a free Hasty Bake smoker" anymore.

    @DMW is the only one I know who scored that sort of deal with a Hasty-Bake.  And that was several years ago. Better to be lucky than good!

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    I always tell my wife the cookers came free with wood or charcoal.

    - I have yet to see mine. It was delivered to Va Beach on 17 Dec. We have been in Florida since 8 Dec. My neighbor took delivery and had the shipping pallet rolled into my garage.
    - The good news is FINALLY my kids communicated and this was my XMAS gift vice another controller.
     - My oldest told me they all went in on the pre-release sale and saved some money.
    - For any Hastybake folks out there I think that is Nick Parsons on the left in @Botch first picture. If it is him he has lost some serious weight. He churns out some good cooking videos.

    - Feel extremely blessed proud of all 4 of them and that includes a Zoomie, who could have been one of us.  Only thing worse would have been him attending that place on the Hudson. Dodged that bullet.
