Rain cover for Flameboss 500 fan

Anybody modded up/fabbed a cover for their Flameboss’s fan to work in the rain? I’m kinda thinking of something like an old square stainless steel toppings bin from Subway With square slot cut in it so it slides on top of the chute between the fan and the eggs vent.

On their website they say: -
I use an inverted Pyrex lasagna dish for my 500 controller.
The foil tent works great for the fans. -
I bought a waterproof box and drilled a hole in the bottom center for the controller. Never worried as much about the fan.

Been using styrofoam/plastic cups for fan, making sure they don't touch the hot vent/ceramic, a better solution is overdue.
This for the controller and power supply
