Need a pan/sheet big enough for a 15 lb turkey but small enough for a large Egg. A half sheet is too big for the Egg and a quarter sheet is too small for the bird.

A hint from past experience…when I became an egger 22 years ago I was needing such a pan for my first TD bird on my new Large. I used a big round 18” cake pan that my wife had inherited from her late grandmother who was a master baker besides having taught home ec for 40 years. I RUINED that pan! And being an antique I could never find a replacement!Morale to the story? Ask before using any old thing you find at the back of the closet!
BTW this advice also applies to newbies who just grab a couple of towels out of the bathroom closet to wrap your first pork butts! And if they have a big ol’ monogrammed letter on them be ESPECIALLY fearful if you didn’t heed my warning!!! -
My thanksgiving turkeys are all direct.Large BGE and Medium BGE
