Burgers

Simple burgers today, mixed with onions and red pepper.   

On the Egg, direct with salt pepper and garlic powder.

 

Cooked to about 160F:

It was fantastic as usual.   I've grounded my own hamburger in the past, and that is much, much better, but it now seems buying the ground beef directly is more cost effective.
