Pull Pork for the office.

I finished a long slow cook on the Egg using the Flame Boss 500. 
Twenty pounds of Pork Butt for sandwiches topped with cole slaw. 
For the slaw, I use two kinds of BBQ sauce for the dressing. A vinegar base sauce and a sweet sauce

    - Nice cook. Your co-workers are going to be eating large today. They are lucky.
    - As I have cooked through the years I find myself leaning on controllers for my longer overnight cooks. The push here dummy (PHD) aspect is a win for me but, for others I understand their consternation.
    - Again great cook...and nice jesture.

    Great looking pork right there.  Eating well for sure.  Congrats on taking care of your employees.
