My dad served in USN during WW2.  He was on a destroyer, and never liked to talk about those 4 years. Happy B-Day USN.

Both summer.  20yr old KY boy, first port Barcelona, fill in the blanks...Both cruises out of Mayport

@Ike - We were winter crew so never home for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our first port was always Gibraltar, then Barcelona, Valencia, Majorca if we were lucky, Cannes - Villefranche-sur-Mer, Gaeta, Naples, Palermo, Corfu, Malta, Athens. Fun cruises if a bit cold.
