Inspired by the posts of others I decided to make the African Peanut Stew. I used this recipe as a guide:

I doctored it up a bit by adding in a jar of harissa that I had on hand, and adding a fair amount of turmeric to the water for the rice. I also used chicken from one I spun on the Joetisserie last weekend.
