Here goes...
For those here who count then you already know that a rack of ribs consists of 13 bones.
My wife can NOT or will NOT more than 2 or 3 ribs. I normally only have 2 or 3 myself.
SO - I will wrap the leftovers in foil and save them for a few days.
Since we both hate reheating in a microwave I have found that placing the left over cold ribs on foil laying on a pizza pan, placing in a COLD oven, hitting the 350º reheat button which then takes 11 minutes and those left over ribs are fine!

Agreed! I also do the same for pizza and chicken wings.

If you fridge and then clean the meat off of the bone, makes a really good sandwich and easy to prepare too.Owensboro, KY. First Eggin' 4/12/08. Large, small, 22" Blackstone and lotsa goodies.

sounds good to me, i cant eat the whole rack anymore either. different note, pulled out ken stones happy pappy sauce recipe for this weekend, have to dig thru the freezer and see if i still have some of the witchy red you made years ago. pretty sure theres some hidden in there.
