Here goes...


For those here who count then you already know that a rack of ribs consists of 13 bones.

My wife can NOT or will NOT more than 2 or 3 ribs. I normally only have 2 or 3 myself.

SO - I will wrap the leftovers in foil and save them for a few days.

Since we both hate reheating in a microwave I have found that placing the left over cold ribs on foil laying on a pizza pan, placing in a COLD oven, hitting the 350º reheat button which then takes 11 minutes and those left over ribs are fine!

    If you fridge and then clean the meat off of the bone, makes a really good sandwich and easy to prepare too.

    sounds good to me, i cant eat the whole rack anymore either.  different note,  pulled out ken stones happy pappy sauce recipe for this weekend, have to dig thru the freezer and see if i still have some of the witchy red you made years ago. pretty sure theres some hidden in there.
