Smalls are definitely handy! As stated above very easy for weekday cooks for two people. I went with it vs the MM due to the larger base/ increased lump capacity even though it is heavier.  I also use mine as a travel egg when needed- but as @Botch states it can be a handful.   I modified a mini max carrier for travel after seeing @Jeremiah's idea on here several years ago.  The carrier works great and you can always take the guts out to lighten it up a little.
2 then 1 Large, 2 then 1 Medium, and 1 Small !! Egging since 2013. God is good!
  • Love my xl which was my first. Definitely Overkill at times but we like to entertain so had to go big. Joe Jr has been a great compliment which is similar to a small. I think medium would have been my ideal second.
