 Is anyone familiar with a replacement lower vent that has a big knob instead of a tab?


I lifted this pic off of FB so I apologize for the quality. I'm thinking this is custom???

    Also, that pic has a small silicone (or something) piece on the tab of the sliding cover. I think Smokeware sold those.  The big knob you see on the left side of the vent looks like a BBQ Guru  adapter with the kill plug. 

    Edit: I may not be seeing the pic the way you are, so ignore if I'm way off.

    That wasn’t my picture, but I thought I started that MAJOR modification before they added those scilicone tabs. I made mine using a slotted piece of wooden dowel, but I also drilled a hole thru the tab and metal tab and the wood…
