I just lit the egg to get ready to smoke a butt all night for the Saints game tomorrow.  My daughter just called and needs a ride.   I have the control app on my phone.   If I leave will the temp stay stabilized or with my phone out of range will it fluctuate?

    Temp will stay stabilized, no need for phone to be in range.
