    350 with an expected cook time of 45 minutes per pound.

    No wrapping.

    Just passed the 6 hour mark. It “feels” like it needs another hour.

    Whether it be 6 or 7 hours that sure beats the llllllooooonnnnngggg watch time of overnight and much of a day cook at 225 or so! Over the years I did enough side by side tests with people and never even once did a single person tell the difference which meat was lo & slo versus turbo! Wonder why I quit the lo and slo method? B)
  • I like the low and slow if I'm just chilling and hanging out all day but the turbo sure will come in handy if running short on time.  Thanks for info.

    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
