They are called shot gun shells.  The are a manicotti shell filled with beef, sausage, cheese, cream cheese, jalapeño and basted with bbq sauce.

@Gamecockeggman awesome man!   I couldn’t find my cheaters so really had no idea—didn’t look like asparagus (which was my blind guess).
