Steak and Eggs

We reverse seared some steaks this week, but the real star was the leftovers in our steak and eggs.  It was the best!  I’m definitely going to be making too much steak from now on.

I reverse seared by smoking the steak in hickory.  Then removed the plate setter for inferno mode.  I used Leona General Store (from Leona Tx ) seasoning.
