We reverse seared some steaks this week, but the real star was the leftovers in our steak and eggs. It was the best! I’m definitely going to be making too much steak from now on.I reverse seared by smoking the steak in hickory. Then removed the plate setter for inferno mode. I used Leona General Store (from Leona Tx ) seasoning.

Normally, the phrase "too much steak" simply doesn't compute for me. But if it's for a good cause, I think I could cook too much this Friday for a Saturday morning breakfast.

Nailed the $$ shot, thus the follow-on breakfast banquet. Great cook and then breakfast.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Dig some breakfast for supper! Especially with steak. Great cook!2 then 1 Large, 2 then 1 Medium, and 1 Small !! Egging since 2013. God is good!
