One of my newer favorite food EweTubers is a guy who does "Pro Home Cooks".  He stresses cooking with what's in season, rather than following a new recipe that crosses his path.  But, occasionally he flies in a master of a cuisine he's unfamiliar with, and here he gets a sushi master to demonstrate his techniques.  I LOVE sushi, even read a couple of books on it, but because of my location/circumstances its one of those cuisines that (for me) are better left to local restaurants.  Outstanding rice, slicing, fish butchery, and marinating techiques; really enjoyed this one.
