Morning All:
I have been fighting a kidney/urinary tract infection since 8/9 (spent most of that day in the ER as I thought I had a kidney stone, but only the infection)...I have been pretty miserable but eating reasonably well, but today I decided a hunk of Picanha was needed...cutting into four pieces...
Onto the swords with a copious amount of Kosher salt & a little Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks...ready for the Egg...
Cooked direct at about 450...almost ready to come off (took maybe 15 minutes max)...
Added a baked potato & salad...my plate (first piece as I also ate the smallest piece)...
A good meal does help to make someone feel better!
