Gluten and dairy free dessert idea?

My daughter is doing a progressive dinner next Saturday. I gave her my cobbler recipe which is always a hit, but one participant requested a gluten and dairy free dessert. I have no idea here. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Strawberry shortcake with Udis gluten free bread?

    Sorbet

    Rice Crispy Treats (a favorite for my son when he was fighting EoE and was dairy, wheat, and egg free.) -. Edit: looks like they no longer make glutten free rice crispy cereal.  Maybe another gluten free cereal could be substituted?  Also need dairy free butter.

    Thanks Ozzie! I found a gluten free blueberry crumble recipe, but it uses butter, so I guess that won’t work for the dairy free equation. Just not sure.

    If you can find Earth Balance Buttery Spread, that is a reasonable butter substitute.
