Where do you place your smoking wood when doing a low and slow with the egg genius? Will the fire just go straight towards the bottom? And how much wood generally do you aim for

    I put my chunks low in the coals.  spread out if a long cook.  In the center if a shorter cook.  I don't know that it changes due to the genius, but I have never cooked with one.
