Morning All:

Two of which were cooked on the Eggs...first on was the hamloaf, an equal mixture of ground ham & ground pork loin along with some bread & oatmeal to make a loaf...also added some Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head to the mixture...top with pineapple plus glaze with a mixture of brown sugar, water, vinegar, pineapple juice & dry mustard...onto the large Egg indirect at 350...the pan has the glaze for basting...

On the small Egg was the corn souffle...also indirect at 350...

The hamloaf went for about 75 minutes...just pulled it off & letting it rest a few minutes...

The corn souffle went about 50 minutes...ready to come off...

The other item was a box of Zatarain's Caribbean Rice...my plate...

Great meal for a somewhat rainy Sunday evening!

Have a GREAT day!
