Anniversary and Father Day cook

Celebrated an anniversary and Fathers day recently with some steak. 

Cooked on the MiniMax.   No special method, just heat and cook.  

Salted steak a few days prior, then a rub of Red Pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, Onion powder, Herb De Provence, Pepper, Nutmeg and a little oil.



They came out great!



Plated, fried some onions, mushrooms and peppers.



Also took a long overdue trip to the East Coast - New Brunswick.   Been a while since I had these and I sure had my fill:
