Is there a maximum weight size?
i have 2 racks at 4.5 pounds each has anyone ever turbo BB ribs this size?

    I never pay attention to the specific weight of the racks of ribs I turbo. But I’ve turbo some pretty meaty ones. It just may take slightly longer than the normal 100 minutes that I usually expect.

    I was in my mid 20s before I found out that boiling wasn't the only way to cook ribs. 

    And yes, my mom was in fact the world's worst cook.
