Flank steak

Good evening all.
Just looking for a good flank steak idea. Maybe an overnight marinade and then a sear on the egg? Any ideas?

I usually make a pretty standard teriyaki-style marinade, got it from a girl in college back in the late 1960s... I don't measure everything, but about like this:
- 1 cup tamari
- 1 "glop" honey, not sure, maybe a Tb or two -- I taste it and add till it tastes right.
- 1 inch ginger root grated.
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2 cloves garlic minced or put through a garlic press
- 2 tablespoons Asian roasted sesame oil
I also thought this was really good, and they say it was a prize winner in a national competition: https://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Pacific-Rim-Glazed-Flank-Steak/. Marinating more than 30 minutes might be better, but I'm not sure overnight might leave it a little mushy because of the acid in the OJ, I don't know.

This is my go to for flank steak. Really easy and comes out amazing.
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
