What are you guys going to smoke.  Looking for ideas?
I know I’ll be smoking a few Oliva Churchill but not sure about the green egg yet….

    Today lamb burgers, and fries. Memorial Day. Baby back ribs with roasted acorn squash and some kind of potato dish

    We have all kind of good eats lined up. 

    But the Egg gets pork belly burnt ends Monday.

    I’ve got some prime ribeyes from Costco that are about 2” thick.  Just got them out of the freezer.

    Nothing today. 

    Brats, Cheddar and bacon stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno and sweet pepper poppers with my famous three cheese blend, and fresh asparagus from the farmer's market tomorrow.  My sisters and Brothers-in-law will be here.  Should be a good feast!

    Monday will be leftovers and recover for the work-week.

    I am thinking about Peach Crown Royal jello shots, but I am not sure I will get to those.
