First attempt at pizza

Picked up a take and bake at the store and decided to give it a whirl. I was afraid of getting it over cooked, so I elevated the stone…next time I won’t elevate it as much. The edges of the crust (not sitting on the disposable pans) were perfectly crispy.

    That's an interesting way to raise the pizza stone.  That pizza does look slightly big for that stone because I had to look really close to spot the stone. I thought the pizza was on the trays at first.
