Pork butt slow then fast

Put an 8 lb'er on at 8am at 235° and when it stalled, eased it up incrementally until I was at 300° Nine hours in total, pulled at 195°. Looky that little clavicle bone almost falling out.  Wasn't the usual amount of fat on top so not as much bark as I like but pulled and tasted great!
