parts missing

  I started to assemble my egg yesterday. It came with the bands attached but they left out one of the small bolts that is used where then hinges attach. Do I have to jump through the hoops dealing with the warranty or do the retailers carry any parts like that?

    Dealer should have those in stock.  Now, if you got this at an Ace Hardware or something, they may not have an egg parts bin the pull from.

    dont remember the size but they are a self clinching stud sometimes called a PEM stud. fastenal would be your best bet if theres one near you and your dealer doesnt stock them. never seen them in hd or lowes

    What size egg? 

    Can you post a pic of the missing bolts?
