An "ish" Easter dinner...

Morning All:

Used a couple of the Dizzy Pig "ish" rubs...started with some red potatoes with Olive Oil, Peruvian-ish & sea salt while the rack of lamb had Mediterranean-ish...Egg temp was just over 400 with the potatoes having been on for about 45 minutes before adding the rack of lamb...almost ready to come off...


Pulled the lamb at internal temperature of about 130...sliced into double chops...


Mighty fine eating for an "ish" of a dinner.
