Changed my rib method (this time)...

Morning All:
I typically don't wrap when cooking baby back ribs, but just felt like going with something different today...I first applied Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish at about 9:00am this morning then into the fridge until I got back from Mass...the much better half wanted Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express for the second layer so that went on just before putting the ribs on the Egg...

After two hours at about 260 I decided to wrap them...I added a couple tablespoons of butter & about the same amount of honey plus a sprinkling of Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head...left them wrapped for about 45 minutes...pulled from the foil & went another 45 minutes or so...ready to remove from the Egg...

They barely held together while removing & looked pretty good...

On the other Egg was the side dishes...roasted red beets & baked beans...

Ribs were Eggcellent & may choose to wrap again next time...the combination of rubs was also quite tasty...the much better half was very happy (and that is a major consideration)![:) :)](https://eggheadforum.com/plugins/emojiextender/emoji/yahoo/smile.gif)
