On Saturday I smoked a brisket for the tourney games and Sunday, due to prodding by the better half, I entered my smoke brisket chili into a chili contest at church.   I added chopped brisket as well as the smoked meatball that some folks posted about a few weeks back.  Ended up taking 3rd place out of 38 chilis.  Thanks for the recipe and tips forum friends.  As per usual I took far to little pictures.

    Congrats on the cook,  the other 2 that placed 1st and 2nd must have been something else because yours sure looks like a winner to me.
