Multiple flats for corned beef

I have three large flats I want to steam. Think I can load into one foil pan with a lot of water? Two pans?

  • @Daddyshack I frequently make pastrami from corned beef.  Before smoking I Sous Vide for 30 hrs or so @135 degrees.  Comes our perfect every time. I used to steam and experimented with the pressure cooker.  The SV controls the variables perfectly.
