The April issue just arrived complete with a 10 page set of plans and how to do instructions. Color of the cooker seems off color  B), but for someone wanting to build such a piece and not wanting to wing itself yourself the issue would be worth the purchase price.

    $800 in material, $37k in tools.
    LOL - maybe not quite $37K, but pictured in use was a:
    >table saw
    >dado blades 
    >a large plunge router 
    >a small hand router with trammel attachment
    >a sabre saw
    >a biscuit jointer
    >a 20 volt driver
    >a bunch of various style and lengths of clamps 

    but just to repeat myself they did assess it as intermediate skill level and did estimate 5 days to construct it.
