prep times in recipes have me a bit confused, like prep time for beef stew....20 minutes. 2 days later i present beef stew.
day one, most of the ingredients get prepped and served
day 2...prep the rest and simmer a stew
fukahwee maine
you can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it

Day 2 wins by a slim margin, IMO. I dig the noodles and 'shrooms of Day 1, but I know the flavors improved by Day 2. Good eats on both days!#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.
