Cod Ménage

At my farm today in central TX for 4 days, catching up on the BGE, too windy to fly my drone.

Defrosted some cod from Seattle’s Pike Place Fish Market, used what I had in the fridge.  Leftover corn and beans, salsa verde, adobo peppers, instant pot rice and two cast iron pans.
