Haven’t tried this yet….She mentioned the usual way of drying out the chicken skin, which is leaving it uncovered in the fridge for a day or two. However, her tip was in a pinch to use your hair dryer, on high, for five or so minutes.

    It was from her cookbook, “Southern Grit”. Kelsey Barnard Clark won Top Chef a few years ago and was the fan favorite as well.
