Wellspring table

I found a couple of unfinished posts on Wellspring tables using the search function. Bottom line is they look kick butt but I haven’t had a chance to rub one yet. I found a local dealer that has plenty in stock and 10% off Black Friday, has anyone pulled the trigger a can offer feedback?

  • I have never been around any other tables that hold big green eggs so I can only speak towards this one.

    Goal.
Get the egg out of the nest with dirty plastic collapsible tables, create more work space and storage for odds and ends that lay around including but not limited to charcoal, chunks, plate setter, smobot, brushes, torch and on and on.

    Pros.
Affordable, looks nice, corrosion proof more or less, good price point, heavy, made in USA, mouse proof good storage.

    Cons.
Drawer doesn’t have mechanical slides though it works fine and will never wear out.
The main cabinet was wet after a big rain but the drawer remained dry.

Over all, I think of the bge as a rustic all around cooker and this table seems to be a accommodating fit.
