Carne Asada

Did a little carne Asada last night for my buddy. He’s throwing it in a chili for work but before it gets lost with the hamburger and moose meat I had to do a little taste testing. Came out damn good. Used this recipe https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/186691/lisas-favorite-carne-asada-marinade/

Cooked over egg at 550°, dome open and pulled at 122-130°. My buddy gave me flank and flatiron steaks to use. Man that flatiron cut and chewed like a fillet mmm mmm.
