Over the Fire

I was curious if anyone is familiar with Derek Wolf and his Over the Fire Cooking techniques.  I'm not sure how well his approach would work with the BGE.  His book, Food x Fire gets rave reviews on Amazon.  Would welcome any comments.  Thanks from Texas.
