Getting ready for the Mini-Fest...

Morning All:

We are heading to Melbourne tomorrow for Poolman's Mini-Fest...Thursday through Sunday Eggheads take over a small beach-front motel...there will probably be 8 to 10 Eggs in the parking lot & people will cook whatever they want & eat whenever they want...just a GREAT relaxing weekend of friends, food & fun...the Shrimpburgers are prepped & will be on Friday evening's menu...


Friday morning will be a Sausage/cheese roll (no picture)...then on Saturday noon-ish will be a Ham/Swiss/Asiago roll (no picture).

Saturday evening will be a couple of swords of Picanha...stopped at Restaurant Depot today to grab a bag that had six pieces (24 pounds)...will take the piece on the left & the one at the bottom right...


Still had to have dinner this evening so did some burgers...nice flame cooked...


Add the fix'ins with some fries on the side for a nice dinner...


I'll post some pictures from the weekend when I'm not busy having FUN!
