    News to me. But I've long used his Memphis Dust recipe to make my own. Tried another, his Simon & Garfunkel rub, but didn't think much of it. I predict he'll make good money on the commercial line.

    I mixed up his Memphis Dust recipe once. Used it one time and that was it. Didn't care for it at all so I never tried the others. Unlikely to buy his commercial stuff (which he says are variations of his freebie recipes).

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
