Playing with an inferred burner for a Sear. Then cherry in a BGE. No butters, no sauces, no finishing salts and no oils. Quick season and heat.
Great favor super moist and tender. Learned. Lack of oil on steak or grates. Sear was okay at best. Could of left it on longer.
BGE flavor is amazing for sure.
