I have had one for about 4 years and never had an issue. I used it last night to cook and went outside to grab it tonight. Carrying it in I realized the cord is broken/almost cut looking. Has anyone ever had this happen to them?

Contact BBQ Guru. When the cord broke off my Pit Viper a few years ago they sent me a replacement at no charge.
