My Procom 4 came in late this afternoon. as we were entertaining so I just got the box open. Wife bought a 3 pound Angus Chuck Roast for us to practice on tomorrow. The roast has been rubbed with DP Cowlick for some low and slow beef BBQ. As I just now got the box open I have yet to use my Procom but build quality appears very good. I plugged it up and began playing with the pit sensor. I think this dude could make anyone a great cook. If it controls my fire like I expect it will give the cook control only dreamed about by Egg cooks 5 years ago. I will give a more indepth assessment tomorrow/Saturday.
