Caddyshack for the win-no guessing here!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

I took a shot at the jalapeños ... Soaked them in ice water before... Not to much spice but plenty of flavor... I did notice a lot of the cheese melted out. Next time gotta maybe not turn them as much.
