Quick meatball sammiches

Had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner last night and had some leftover meatballs and New York Ciabatta cheese garlic rolls. Thought that’s make some mean meatball sammiches! Egg at 400 indirect, baked em for 12 minutes.

Thanks! There’s something about Egg’s affect on meatballs too. I actually prefer to bake my meatballs in the egg over the oven. This time they weren’t initially cooked in there but the egg still added that good color to the outside.Leopoldstoch said:They look great!
