New Mini Max owner

Hi I have a new minimax with eggmates, is there a mod to be able to just fold them down like on the XL, instead of removing them completely, it's a pita every time the cover goes on to take them off and try to find somewhere to put them.

Throw the mini-max (without the carrier) into a medium nest. Then the side tables will fold down. Grill height is a bit low though.

Get yourself a woo ring and stone. The separation from the coals helps a lot with most cooks

Maybe I’m missing something, but as far as a solution to your specific concern, could t you just buy a bigger cover capable of accommodating the Eggmates?
