2nd Dizzy Pig SPG rub...

Morning All:

Used the second sample packet of the new Dizzy Pig rub blends...this time it is the Herb SPG rub...had a couple of nice boneless pork chops that had been brined...put a nice layer of the rub on them...


Then onto one of the large Eggs direct, with a chunk of maple for smoke, at about 375 until internal temp just over 140...ready to come off...


My plate with a baked potato & a new recipe Kathy found called Corn Pudding (really good)...


We liked the Herb version better than the base version & the pepper part wasn't as strong as in the base version...this one we will definitely be getting in larger size containers!
